Do we fit?

The first step in our process is to ensure we are a good fit for both of our companies. This is usually accomplished by an initial, no cost video/audio conference call with the key stakeholders.  We walk through a battery of questions around what goals are being pursued and what the current perceived issues are that are preventing those goals from happening. We will discuss our approach with you to ensure expectations are properly met on what we believe we can offer you.

Assessments and Evaluations

This is typically the heart of our data gathering process.  We will conduct a number of different activities that would be required to accurately assess the scope of what is needed. Along with our observations of your processes/systems/people, we may also conduct interviews and surveys to ensure we get the full 360 degree view of your operation and strategy.

We will walk through the assessment and our findings, allowing you and your team the time to provide clarifications and feedback. After incorporating those additional points of view, we will then present our results in the form of one or more options you could pursue that fit within your budget, timeline, and that align with your mission.

Execution and Delivery

You have the option to engage with us to execute on any plan, whether it came from our assessments and recommendations or any other initiative. We will provide the program/project leadership and management required to successfully implement a solution within the constraints of time, budget, and quality levels.

Measurement and Control

The best way to ensure that the goal has been met is to establish the measurements of success. These should be evaluated throughout the implementation cycle to ensure all remains on track. You'll also want the proper controls in place to pivot where needed without allowing the project to get out of control.

Ongoing/Fractional Roles

We work closely with growing companies who may not be able to afford hiring an upper level manager full time, although they've recognized the need for one to take the company to the next level. We provide fractional services for these upper level positions without the high price tag that comes with a full compensation package, onboarding/training costs, talent acquisition and interviewing process, sign-on bonuses and equity sharing. We hit the ground running delivering results in a compressed timeframe and until the long term strategy is met.
